Decent Enough Apartment

This aprtment building is decent enough to live in but they could use some improvements. Good things: The manager mids her business and is curteous and sweet. Theres a nice fireplace inside the unit. The neighbirhood is quiet and clean. Not so Good: Management takes a while to respond to work orders. Their are big water bugs outside and they can get in if they really wanted to. Management is slow to clean up the yard. Rent was raised becasue I didn't renew the lease.
