September 26, 2025A couple of main negative issues when moving in within the apartment. The staff from the office to the maintenance crew were slow to address the situations. It took 3 weeks to get my dryer vent clog cleaned out.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2025The leasing process is quite simple, and all the office staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff prioritizes emergencies, which can be a bit slow depending on the type of work required. However, they do an excellent job. August 12, 2025Multiple issues with the apartment including black mold and a leak from apt above me, and no one has come to take care of them. Also screws sitting up out of the floor on a threshold between rooms. The painters were horrible, (overspray on all vinyl floors as well as large drips that were not cleaned up. Cleaning crew could be better: cob webs around sun room light fixture and bugs in many of the globes in ceiling lights. The layout is very good and I love the sunroom. The front office is ...very efficient and friendly and I appreciate that. Nice neighbors.??Property Manager Responded
