They tried to beautify the place, but the building has constant water and electrical issues. Management sucks. A lot of inconsiderate neighbors. Parking spots are small.

The apartment is small but functional. Management is not good. Takes them forever to get things done, they don't work on the weekends and there are plenty of bugs to go around.
