Kuddos to Yesenia and her team. During this COVID-19 pandemic, they have taken extreme measures by posting signs throughout the property, mailroom, elevators, laundry rooms asking that everyone wears a mask so we don't become infected. I know that not all residents believe how serious COVID is so they don't wear a mask, but for the majority of us, we wear a mask. The staff clean the laundry machines, doorknobs, elevator buttons, and railings with bleach. The staff is wearing double masks to avoid ...

A week ago, I received a call from Yesenia just to "check-in" to see how I have been since we have not seen each other in a few months. This brought me to tears, who does this anymore?
I actually had been going through a real hard time with the loss of work, income, and also losing multiple family members to COVID and honestly, I was NOT ok. She listened to me. Although I know she could not do anything to change my situation, the fact that she took time out of her busy day to tell me she was thinking of me and wanted to reach out made such a huge impression. Although she is our manager, she is also human and she cares about her people. She asked if I needed anything, honestly Yesenia, you have done more than enough for me. you care! Complex manager and her staff take great pride in maintaining this complex on a daily basis! Cleanliness, gardening/landscaping needs have not fallen under par since I’ve been living here. Manager and her staff decorate around complex for holidays which adds to the comfort and proudness to call this place home. Manager is quick to address any concerns/complaints that are brought to her attention. I would definitely recommend this complex to all.

I’ve been here a little over 3 years and I’m so amazed at how our Manager (Yesenia) goes above and beyond to make everyone here feel loved and so welcomed. From putting birthday balloons at their door to decorating the courtyard for every special holiday. She really does so much for all the tenants.
When there is a maintenance order. She is promptly on it making sure it is done.
Louis (maintenance) is very professional and gets the job done in a promptly manner. Always so friendly. He’s so ...
