It All Depends on What You're Looking For
November 18, 2019Woodmere Townhomes are a great VALUE for the price. I doubt whether there is anything comparable in Cedarburg for the price we pay at Woodmere Court. The staff is excellent. The word I would use for the office staff is DISCRETE. The staff DOES NOT discuss or gossip about other tenants. The staff is available when needed and they ALWAYS follow up on every issue. They're also quite tactful. Maintenance issues are addressed appropriately: the same day if it is something urgent. Our building ...is very quiet. The apartments ARE NOT soundproof, so it is possible to hear sounds from above or below. Despite the age of the apartment complex, the units are well-designed giving an illusion of being larger than they actually are. One of my favorite things about being at Woodmere Court is the plethora of wildlife inhabiting the woods that surround each building. The deer come around almost daily and walk right up to our patio doors and peek in at us! Also, the landscaping is very pretty and the grass is always kept mowed. Snow removal is prompt and starts early in the morning clearing the way for people who must commute to work. I love the location: we often walk the few blocks up to downtown to catch dinner, hit a coffee shop, or window shop. Cedarburg is a beautiful town!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A little on the old side but still nice.
August 18, 2015Some of the places have been updated. But some still need to be. The grounds are well groomed and pleasant. Surrounded with some wooded areas but close to stores. And they allow CATS!Review from Apartments.com
Woodmere Townhomes has worked for me for the last couple of years
August 17, 2015I have been living at Woodmere Townhomes for a couple of years now. What appealed to me was the garage space I could put my car, free heat (radiator), a neat layout and is located in a great city. Those points have made stay here for as long as I have. Property management is very quick to respond to any issues that may pop up. My garbage disposal broke at one point and my toilet wasn't flushing at another. They came and fixed the issues the next day. In winter, snow removal is very good and ...have been able to get out of the apartments easily in the mornings. In the summer, they keep the property looking beautiful. Although, there are a couple of issues that prevented me from giving it 5 stars. If you have noisy neighbors below/above you the sound is not muted (In the living room) as much as the managers promised it would be. So, you kind of have to be lucky with that unfortunately. Neighbors can also range from friendly to wanting to avoid completely. I also came in to my apartment with basement storage but they removed that. I didn't think they could do that but the 12 page lease ensures that they can. Other than those issues, the apartment is a good place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
