Poor Maintenance and Rude management
October 31, 2020Unbelievable ! After paying high rent for this tiny apartment, one would have expected basic courtesy from the management and reasonable efforts to fix broken appliances - however, it has been a nightmare for the past 6 months. Broken appliances, leady faucets, partially blocked toilets etc takes months to be fixed. The management acts as though they are doing you a favor by renting the apartment to you. Callous Management
May 29, 2020Poor upkeep, broken appliances, bed bug infestation and totally callous, rude and unprofessional management. The sales people are really nice and will take you on a tour - but don't be fooled by that; once the lease is signed, you are at their mercy. Electrical sockets don't work and they are not working on making it better
November 16, 2019The apartment community is very nice, and it's next to the train station. People and management here are friendly. However, the electrical sockets don't work well, very frequently, the sockets in the house stop working. Management has not bothered to resolve this even after complaining multiple times. Don't recommend, I'll be moving out in a couple of months and hopefully to a place where the power works.Property Manager Responded

Rude and Unprofessional management
May 9, 2019A common theme running through many of these reviews is the total lack of professionalism and utter disregard for customer service by the management. We had the bad luck of contacting them for fixing frequently breaking appliances and unhygienic areas near the trash room. We got a first hand experience of this uncouth behavior. These folks needs to be urgently trained in basic courtesy and customer support. We are just counting down to the end of our lease next month and will never ever come back ...here nor will we recommend this place to anyone. By the way, there is nothing "luxury" about this place, except for the high rent.Property Manager Responded

Poor Upkeep - Dirty hallways, Gym and common areas
January 22, 2019This place has really gone downhill in the last one year. The hallways are dirty, littered with cigarette butts, paper towels, and dirt. Broken Appliances, Terrible management and Noise
December 24, 2018Why don't they hire additional maintenance workers ? It takes nearly a month to get anything fixed ( we had issues with both the microwave and the dishwasher ). Asking the management about the status of any work-order is sure to ruin your day. Their callous attitude and total disdain in dealing with customers is appalling. The only good thing about this place is the location. There are other apartment complexes being built in the station's vicinity. No Security and unprofessional management
November 3, 2018There are delivery people loitering around the hallways, stuffing menus under the door and weird salesman going door to door promoting some Amway style multi-level marketing schemes. For some unknown reasons, someone always keeps the main door to the building open ( using a door wedge ) and the same goes for the back-door from the garage. Complaining to the management was a total waste of our time ; They were quite rude and mentioned that they had no control over this ! As someone else wrote in ...a previous review, the cabinet doors are falling apart and it takes nearly a month to get anything fixed. It took them 24 days to fix one of our "new" appliances. I will never ever recommend this place even to my enemies - it's that bad.Property Manager Responded

Train noise - cannot sleep
October 20, 2018The entire building shakes when NJTRANSIT train go by. If you happen to get an apartment on the track side of the building, say good bye to your sleep. This new construction is supposed to be sound-proof , but looks like they used cheap materials and it has become a major annoyance. As another reviewer mentioned, there are bedbugs and we too had to wait for over a month to get the rude management to resolve the situation. The back door ( leading from the garage to the building ) is kept open ...using a door-stopper , defeating the purpose of having an electronic key based entry. This security issue has been pointed out to the management multiple times without any results. Not recommended.Property Manager Responded

Appalling condition of the apartment
September 22, 2018The management is totally unresponsive . It takes ages to get appliances fixed . The only good thing about this place is the location ( right next to the train station ). There is supposed to be a "cardboard" box next to the trash room, which is filled with actual garbage ( flea infested ). After complaining about roaches & bugs, it took them over a month to check out the issue ! RUN AWAY
July 9, 2018It looks nice from the outside but living here is a disaster. The management office is horrible and completely unresponsive due to the seemingly monthly turnover. Constant noise from neighbors and courtyard. Shared spaces are overloaded and amenities like grills are unusable due to overcrowding or being broken. The appliances are cheap, paint, fixtures and finishes are the cheapest that can be installed. Expect cracks in walls and paint that chips when you look at it. Maintenance takes ages. ...Location is the only good aspect.Property Manager Responded

Terrible
May 12, 2018I have been living in Woodmont Metro for close to 15 months now. The very reason I rented this place is because of its proximity to the train station. That is the ONLY good thing about the apartment and everything else is terrible. There are too many hidden charges as well. The management and the leasing staff are terrible / rude and they blatantly lie. The appliances are cheap. The construction is poorProperty Manager Responded

Management Woes
February 20, 2018Woodmont Metro has gone downhill since we moved-in in March. Woodmont Metro is a beautiful property but maintenance is slow and it seems like there are new faces in the leasing office every week. I would love to have stayed but parking is a disaster and management starting to fall apart after some good employees had left.Property Manager Responded
