September 6, 2025Been here more than a year and it’s been great. The apartments are a bit older but they’re no different from new apartments when it comes to standard of living. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Zero Security for Residents
March 24, 2025I am beyond frustrated with Woodmont Park Apartments. I had my brand new car vandalized — someone completely broke the rear wiper while it was parked inside the complex. This happened in a so-called “secure” property that charges premium rent. What security? What safety? Clearly, there is none. No cameras, no monitoring, no accountability. Management has been completely unresponsive to my complaint. I emailed them with photo evidence, and they replied with an empty "Sorry". It’s like they don’t ...care at all about the residents or our property. I moved here expecting peace of mind, but instead, I feel angry, unsafe, and deeply disappointed. If you’re considering moving here — don’t. Save your money and go somewhere that actually prioritizes resident safety and takes responsibility when things go wrong. You pay for a secure community, but what you get is silence and neglect. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with stress, damage, and a management team that disappears when you need them most.Property Manager Responded

Honest Review of Woodmont Park Apartments
December 27, 2024I lived at Woodmont Park Apartments for two years, and while there were some positives, several issues stood out during my stay: Pet Policy Violation: Although the complex claims to have a no-pets policy, pets are clearly allowed. Unfortunately, some pet owners neglect to clean up after their pets, leaving unpleasant surprises in common areas. Noisy Wooden Floors: The wooden flooring in the units is very creaky. Even light footsteps from neighbors can be heard, which makes it difficult to enjoy ...a peaceful environment, especially at odd hours. Package Theft: Items delivered to my doorstep were stolen on more than one occasion. This lack of security is a major concern, and management did not take adequate steps to address the issue. High Rent Increases: The rent hikes are steep. After the first year, my rent went up by 11%, and it increased by another 6% in the second year. This feels excessive, especially considering the unresolved issues in the complex. While the location and amenities might appeal to some, these drawbacks made my experience less than ideal. I hope management takes steps to improve these areas for future residents.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2024Hi, I am a tenant here since 2017. Absolutely enjoying my home. Great location, nice schools, bus , train easily accessible. Maintenance staff is the best. I have stayed in other apartments too in Rockville, and have experienced different staffs. Woodmont parks provides the best service. They do what they can at their best to solve our problems as soon as possible mostly the same day. Ms. Yvone is very kind hearted person. After she came in management I see many positive and fast changes, ...related to safety,cleanliness. I wanted to give 5 star, but only because of Roches I gave 4 star to the property. Again management comes in the picture whenever I call I need paste control,they come,(twice a month) quite reasonable. Thank youProperty Manager Responded

Great Place, Stellar Management
January 25, 2023I moved here back in 2020 during the pandemic, since then I have had nothing but great things to say about this complex. I have had no issues with pests, no issues with maintenance (even after hours, they are timely!) They replace, fix, and make sure you are taken care of. The property manager Ms. Yvonne, she is stellar, she has an open door policy, readily available, she has a solution for your inquires, and always makes sure to have you feeling cared for. She relates and makes it ...personable. I was facing tough situations due to the pandemic and she went above and beyond to connect me by providing me with information, she is stellar and definitely a main reason as to why I am still a tenant. If you are looking to rent here, yes, their is one thing that could change, the parking situation. Their are no parking passes but sometimes you may need to drive around the complex about 10 times to find a spot. It can become annoying after a while, however I still would recommend it.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
September 1, 2022Absolutely filled with roaches and bed bugs. Took maintenance two weeks to come by with pest control. The roach problem was so serious they were coming out the cracks of the walls and dying for weeks. They never really go away. I have woken up with bed bug bites multiple times and the office says they will “fumigate”. It’s just the same pest control coming by spraying the corners of the apartment and leaving. They told us we were the only unit with this problem. But when we asked our neighbors, ...they ALL have been dealing with roaches. We are stuck here due to financial losses during the pandemic. Excellent Complex and Excellent Staff
July 29, 2022I have been living in Woodmont Park with my family for many years now. I basically have grown up in the complex since I was born and I am still here at 21 years old. I used to live in Apartment 413 and now I live in Apartment 114. Ms. Yvonne is a great property manager and is very nice with the people who live in Woodmont Park. There has not been a time in which I had a problem with the way Ms. Yvonne handles her business and approaches the people who live here. I'm proud to tell people I have ...grown up here and would recommend this place to anybody as the staff including Ms. Yvonne is just really good and very professional; and the apartments are great as well and there is a lot of just open space around the complex to hang around and there are no issues that go on here as I know of. Great Location
July 16, 2021I was welcomed by Ms. Yvonne and staff to tour the 1 bedroom apartment. The complex itself is a tree lined and quiet community despite being on Rockville Pike. I had hopes of moving here, however lack of dishwasher or washer/ dryer in the unit prevented me from committing. Overall this appears to be an ideal place to live.Property Manager Responded

Great Place To Live

Great Place, Lovely Management
April 13, 2021I was looking for a place to move here in Rockville seeing as my current place was getting too expensive. Had a very short window of time to look as my contract was about to end. We looked around for a few places and Woodmont was by far our best option. A short distance from both Rockville and Twinbrook train station. Everyone at the leasing office was super helpful. Great staff and good location
April 13, 2021I just first wanted to say how much I appreciate the staff here at Woodmont. Especially the property manager Yvonne, she is very professional and always pleasant when I speak to her. They are attentive and make sure everything is alright with their tenants. I once had a maintenance issue and I called the office and they came to help as soon as possible. I always feel welcomed when i come by the office. This apartment is in a great location, it is very convenient to have many stores nearby so ...that you don’t have to travel far for food or supplies. Parking area is great it’s right infront of the apartment so you don’t have to walk far. I would definitely recommend anyone apartment searching to consider Woodmont Park.Property Manager Responded
