Disappointing Experience at Woodmont West

While I initially loved the community, my experience living at Woodmont West has been disappointing overall. The apartments are overpriced, especially considering they are not new. The cabinets and appliances are outdated, and our garbage disposal has never worked since we moved in. There are constant issues, such as bathroom sink backups and frequent breakdowns of items in the unit. Maintenance requests take an unreasonable amount of time to address.

multiple problems with the air conditioning during the summer and heating in the winter. As a parent of small children, this was catastrophic. We had to purchase space heaters and even a portable AC unit because temperatures in the unit became unbearable.
The mandatory garbage butler service is another frustration. Despite paying for it, garbage is often not picked up, and residents are fined up to $125 for leaving trash outside—ironically due to the service’s failure.
The only positive I can mention is Mark, who is kind and helpful, but as a leasing agent, there is only so much he can do.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Woodmont West due to the lack of value, poor maintenance, and frustrating services.
