Disappointing Experience at Woodmont West
January 29, 2025While I initially loved the community, my experience living at Woodmont West has been disappointing overall. The apartments are overpriced, especially considering they are not new. The cabinets and appliances are outdated, and our garbage disposal has never worked since we moved in. There are constant issues, such as bathroom sink backups and frequent breakdowns of items in the unit. Maintenance requests take an unreasonable amount of time to address. In the two years I lived here, I experienced ...multiple problems with the air conditioning during the summer and heating in the winter. As a parent of small children, this was catastrophic. We had to purchase space heaters and even a portable AC unit because temperatures in the unit became unbearable. The mandatory garbage butler service is another frustration. Despite paying for it, garbage is often not picked up, and residents are fined up to $125 for leaving trash outside—ironically due to the service’s failure. The only positive I can mention is Mark, who is kind and helpful, but as a leasing agent, there is only so much he can do. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Woodmont West due to the lack of value, poor maintenance, and frustrating services.Property Manager Responded

Terrible loud cheap apartments
January 4, 2021Where to start with this place. It’s poorly managed, with weird mandatory services like trash program and parking. There is no guest parking due to there not even being enough spaces for residents. Rent is raised steeply every year. Just do yourself a favor and live else whereProperty Manager Responded

Horrible Complex
June 17, 2019Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Horrible insulation so apartments get freezing cold in the winter. Parking situation is horrendous and it can take five minutes to walk to your building while visitor parking is virtually nonexistent. Complex is covered in dog poo from the dog parks to sidewalks and even inside the buildings. Garbage piles up in the garbage rooms for weeks at a time. Maintenance staff does a good job with what they have but the complex hired way too few for the number ...of buildings in order to cut costs. Frequent power outages in storms or snow. The management team is very rude and obsessed with charging extra fees for some of the most absurd reasons I’ve ever heard. Aweful!! TOTAL LIES..
November 28, 2017Well let's see...lets start with constant changing staff(hint hint) , the fact that it's the POOREST PLANNED COMMUNITY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY..basically they use the space to entice new remnants rather than actually care about those who are forced to live there.. Parking DOES NOT EXIST..THERE ARE TOO MANY INCONSIDERATE COLLEGE AGED PEOPLE HAVING 3-4 CARS OVER AT A TIME AND WITH LITTLE TO NO ENFORCEMENT, THERE IS NO PARKING FOR TENNANTS..THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE WILL NOT WORY ABOUT THIS BUT IF YOU ...ARE LATE EVEN A DAY EXPECT A PERSONAL VISIT..THE ONLY ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS RENT.. it's to the point I have hired legal assistance to protect me from eviction as I initiate a class action suit to get some of these remnants some of their hard earned money back since this community in no way relates to the product they sell... they promised quiet, even with 80 right there, only the thin walls dont even muffle the sounds of the dogs running arpund upstairs let alone a trucks air brakes..compaining does NOTHING their only concerns are rent..tbey have promised a parking plan for months how hard is it to order 450 window passes and allow a towing company to make their rates by charginflg those who violate...but NOOO that doesn't make them money so it's not a priority..so upset and so disapointed ...just waiting for the lease to be up..hope you find something ELSEWHERE!!Property Manager Responded

Loud
October 5, 2017Non stop noise. From above, below both sides and the hallway. How do you build an apartment building without enough parking spots? Inconsiderate tenants who play loud music well after midnight. Every door in the building SLAMS shut shaking all rooms nearby. You will get no sleep here. Go somewhere else. May 31, 2017The only luxury I see here is the clubhouse but after 300 units are all full there will be no words to describe this place. Come home after 4PM and finding parking is only on luck.
