    Made a move to the Columbus area in 2012, and have been very happy living at Woodridge. Our family originally landed in a Berwick model 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and eventually moved into a Churchill that has a wonderful den with wood burning fireplace. Services such a restaurants, supermarkets, and home improvement stores is convenient. Management and maintenance are responsive and friendly.

    It is a very nice place in a very calm area. The buildings themselves are not bad and apartments are very decent and taken care of. Management is something else. I lived in these apartments for about 5 years and only once was I late on the rent. Now that I moved out I gave them a notice of moving out about a week late and instead of working with me they are charging me for another month of rent outside lease so at a higher price as well and because I can't come up with the money by the 1st now ...
    I'll be charged late fees. I even turned in the key about 15 days before the lease was up and tried to see if they would work with me they just said if I can't come up with all the money by the 1st then I'm getting late fees.
