Issues and maintenance have always been resolved on time. Quiet, clean apartment units and they are also pet friendly :) I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Moreover, the community is located at a perfect place where it's near shopping centers and famous restaurants around livonia. Lots of additional fees, maintenance takes weeks, sometimes months to service issues, and the corporate office is just as negligent. The area is very safe, but the company is a JOKE. All my neighbors are waiting out their lease to get out...just as I am.
