Mallory and Kailey (Hailey lol)are awesome!!! They have be been veryyyy helpful and understanding. Upkept landscaping and parking lot. Issues and maintenance have always been resolved on time. Quiet, clean apartment units and they are also pet friendly :) I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I am a new resident at the woodridge apartments and with my experience so far I would say that the community is comfortable to live in with beautiful green sights everywhere where it is safe and calm with friendly neighbors that makes you feel welcome at your home. Moreover, the community is located at a perfect place where it's near shopping centers and famous restaurants around livonia. Just as the other review says, all they care about is MONEY. Lots of additional fees, maintenance takes weeks, sometimes months to service issues, and the corporate office is just as negligent. The area is very safe, but the company is a JOKE. All my neighbors are waiting out their lease to get out...just as I am.

After 12 work orders and 3 maintenance visited after 1 month, you would think this place would be fixed by now. But do to staying issues and a poor choice of living here, nothing is still done. Just find another place and save yourself.

I have been here for almost 4 years and i love my apartment and the area, The management team is wonderful!! The have great customer service and always address anything i need which makes things so much easier! the landscaping is always clean and great when i am out to play with my son and if we go swimming the neighbors are great! very quiet and safe!!

We stayed here at Woodridge Apartments for almost a year now and I have nothing but great to things to say. Maintenance comes when they say, the service fromthew office staff is superb and the neighbors are great. You want to move some where quiet and service is too priority this is the place.
