December 22, 2020at overall it’s a quite place but if you have a maintenance issue expect it to be taken care off weeks later and if your a non smoker ask if people smoke in building before you sign the lease because the office won’t do anything if your apartment starts to smell like cigarettes. ok for the price
August 19, 2019i have lived here for several years...i will say that i have not had many issues and have felt safe...one of the few problems, is they change management staff ALOT!! i have been here 10yrs and have gone thru at least 5-6 managers. buildings and apartments are a little dated and they are not very good at keeping the no dog policy...there are many dogs and i have a hard time believing that many people have service animals, especially when they are not wearing the service animal gear. the only ...other complaint is the staff does not alway communicate well, our pool was down for several weeks and did not open until the 4th of july, but nothing was said why it sat full and ready to go for at least 2 weeks. not bad price wise and area of town is good, that part of millard is nice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Always helpful and lots of parking
July 27, 2018I moved here about a year ago. The manager has always been helpful with any questions and making sure I know of any packages that have arrived. There is a lot of parking and I have never had any issues with finding a spot near the door. I understand they have a new manager since just before I moved in. So I have never experienced any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. In a nice area and there are a lot of things to do right around here.Review from Apartments.com

September 1, 2015This apartment complex is very good. They have spacious rooms, even in the two bedrooms apartments. There are multiple picnic areas, and they have a very nice fitness center, and pool. They also answer your request very quickly, and moreover it is a very friendly environment.
