A good choice for temporary stay
December 6, 2024This post will sound indignant - and that it may very well be. I have lived here for 18 months and there are pros and cons. Consider it a huge red flag if they refuse to let you see the apartment you have paid $$ for prior to your move in date. The apt was freshly painted- so there were fumes throughout the place, it was the summer so I could open the windows thankfully. Daddy long leg spiders in every crevice and corner, so no one bothered to do pest control before my move in. I moved form a ...different state- no family around to stay with. Aside from spiders, be prepared for crickets, centipedes and spotted lantern flies. If you are active, do not have bikes unless you plan to break them down to put in the small storage provided. They recently sent letters stating aside from lawn furniture - which should be on a lawn- you cannot have personal items [ ie bikes ] on the patio / balcony. So I guess during the summer we will just have to put our bikes together and break them down each time we ride. .keep in mind I have been here 18 months and they sent these letters on Nov 2024... The letters sat they take pride in keeping the appearance and service at a "high standard" however, the residents can leave trash all over the ground and no one sends a letter for that! The ceilings of the entryways are covered in cobwebs and the carpets are out dated and stained. The leasing office staff has changed and the young ladies in there now need some serious training on how to interact with people. The irony is in full effect on this one! Not only have I dealt with sewage bubbling up in the bathtub/shower .... creepy crawlys ....the shoddy paint job...closet doors that constantly dislodge.... wasps in the gym .. trash on the grounds ...over flowing refuse but now we cannot utilize our bikes at will. Now this is a great place for singles or couples without children who have fur babies. All others, take the advice and move on after 2-3 years. I do like the location and the area! Out of all of the affordable apartments, this is the better of the lot. I would recommend moving here if you take the time to read the reviews just to have a heads up on expectations.Property Manager Responded

Save yourself the headache
October 28, 2020Its a horrible place to live. Fighting for peace of mind and saftey. Squirrels in my heating ducts, termites swarming throughthe apartment, fleas in the building hallway, now a scabies outbreak. I have only been hear 1yr and been through ABSOLUTE HELLProperty Manager Responded

October 4, 2015This is the perfect affordable place. Close to major highways and schools, shopping. Very good quiet neighborhood and the apartments are spacious with huge walk in closets. The grounds are always kept up and if you ever need a repair in your apartment they are always on top of it. September 23, 2015I'm very selective when searching for apartments. I found Woodridge apartments on apartments.com. I went to check it out and to my surprise the online pictures did not do the apartment justice. The apartments are spacious, inviting and just feel like home. There's a large pool, fitness center & playground. The office staff and maintenance are always on top of their game. Parking is never a problem either. Great suburban area near the city
August 18, 2015I moved to Maryland from New York, and I fell in love with this apartment when I first walked in. It has beautiful grounds, that are well-maintained, and we have some nice wildlife. I have planted flowers on my patio, and I have a great view of the playground and the spacious lawn. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. I absolutely love it here!Review from Apartments.com

World Outside My Window
August 20, 2015This apartment, and its surroundings were God sent, for the current chapter in my life! The complex is like your favorite toy you keep, stored in a special place from the others. Its not too far from "society", but in its own space that's comforting, safe, and quiet. Everything I need surrounds this community from awesome restaurants, and other necessities.
