Woodsedge Apartments is a great placel to live nestled in the mountains of Asheville but close to stores and restaurants. This place is absolutely wonderful. Shelby the property manager has went above and beyond what we have asked and requestef her to do. Paige her assitant has also done the same. Brad and Dave have been so helpful in doing their jobs in maintenance too. Everyone works together to make this a great community to live and treats you like family. rent they seem to really care for their tenants. Shelby, the property manager and Paige went above their duties when it came to provide for us. We were in desperate need of a handicap apartment and they made a way for us to get one. Both Shelby and Paige are very friendly and exceptional at their jobs in helping people. If there are any issues they address them promptly and with enthusiasm. If you want a great place to live you won't be sorry to move to Woodsedge. We have been living at WoodsEdge Apartments for about 2 years now, and it has been a great little starter apartment. The maintenance staff is always quick to fix a problem if one arises, usually same day even on weekends. The staff at the leasing office are always pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept and pet friendly. The apartments are a little older, built in the 80's I think, but are still nice enough. The new tenants are getting into renovated apartments though which ...
