Incredible staff
April 26, 2024Ask for Marissa if you get the chance. She's incredible. Answered every question I had, seemed to be honest and extremely hospitable, which is hard to find these days. It seems like a quiet neighborhood. If you can get a unit with the view of the lake, spend the extra few dollars and go for it. Thumbs up for Woods of Post House.Property Manager Responded

Woods Post House Are Crooks

Horrible!
September 21, 2023Horrible! We have been living here almost a year and individuals been breaking in and spray painting vehicles. Let’s not talk about the guy who walks around with a hoodie, ski mask, and a gun to break into vehicles. No one from the front office has reach out to the tenants regarding the issues nor to make security arrangements! I have placed multiple maintenance request for my sink to get replace because of water leaks and flooding … took them four day!!! Don’t bother calling the office because ...they will not answer. I drove up there and they were sitting down talking about something on their cell phone!!! Just spend the extra cash somewhere else because clearly they do not care here!!! A bunch of crooks
July 23, 2018If I could give no stars i would. We leased a 3bed 3bath back in may. They called me a WEEK before I was suppose to move out there (moving from across the country) and told me it was no longer available AFTER I had called the previous week to get our address. They offered us something smaller, but we chose that floor plan for a reason. Now they won’t give us our $250 application fee back (which i get is non refundable, but THEY are the ones that broke our lease) and are ignoring our calls. What ...is the point of signing a lease if it doesn’t guarantee you an apartment?! They are not professional and a bunch of crooks. I will/would never rent here and wouldn’t recommend anyone rent here.Property Manager Responded

Online leasing is a wonderful tool; however, there are occasions where a home on notice to vacate may pre-lease online, and the current resident may retract their notice to move. August 9, 2015This is an apartment that doesn't feel like an apartment. The loft area and high ceilings make the space feel light and open. The apartment has a ton of storage in the second floor utility room and under the stairs. Woods is a great place to live.
