Roaches
February 12, 2026I lived in a 3641 Building for two years in a new renovated apartment. The first year I had no problems the second year I started getting roaches and I couldn’t get them to stop. The office was notified. They have a bug control company. That’s really not good. He will come in and set gel. The gel didn’t work the bugs got so bad in that apartment I had to move out. After talking to residence, the entire building had problems with bugs.Review from Apartments.com

TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.
February 22, 2020I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY! Yes is big and spacious but it’s a terrible place to live! There is never no communication on what’s happening in the community, I’ve had NO HOT WATER FOR A WEEK, my car got towed, a bullet hole through my wall because it’s always crime and noisy! Never anywhere to park, terrible pot holes and not so nice staff. I’m glad I’m getting out of here i definitely didn’t feel safe living here AT ALL!Review from Apartments.com
Apt complaint
February 28, 2019I have been living on the properties since June of last year. I must say this has not been a pleasant experience whatsoever, my water heater has been leaking continuously and I have called to the office several times about this outstanding issues and it has yet to be resolved. The trash is always overflowing and lingering throughout the complex. I have also expressed my concerns about this to the office and this has been looked over as well. I pay my dues to live in a facility where I feel ...that if these issues occur then staff will tend to them in a timely manner. This is not the case! There have been noise complaints reported to the office and no notices to my fellow neighbors as I was told but yet what has really disturbed me and has made it clear that I will not be renewing my lease or will ever recommend a persons to live on this property is that there are numerous of potholes through out the parking lot area which makes it difficult for residents as myself to park! I woke up this morning to travel to work to discover my car was towed!! Yes I will take full ownership that I parked next to a fire hydrant. However when there is no where for residents to park due to the lack of spaces because of the outranges POTHOLES that the office/ maintenance will not tend to I was forced to park where I could. This type of conduct is highly unacceptable to me, I strongly believe that with these types of conditions that considerate action to take was to leave me some type of notice of my vehicle . Yet instead my vehicle was towed and I was forced to pay out of pocket $300.00 plus not to mention that rent it due the next day. This is unruly for this issues to happen to a persons whom pays rent to live in these types of conditions. I completely disappointed in the office/ maintenance/ management when I called into the office I was not treated in the most professional or kindly manner about this. September 16, 2016The floor plan on the apartment are nice and big, however they are outdated with mold and infested with bed bugs and roaches. The apartments have so many raccoons, they live in the roofs and in the fields of the apartments. The raccoons are always by the trash cans the trash cans are always over filled. they have a company come and empty the trash during the week but they leave a lot of trash behind. The roof leaks and there is mold in my apartment. the hallways are very nasty, there are only ...cleaned once a week and it is not a detailed cleaning. There is nowhere for children to play, cars speed thru the lot. They have a pool that was not working and very nasty. The have a basketball court with no net or rim. They stated they were building a playground and have not. they stated they were going to fix the tennis court and have not. The maintenance crew is unbelievable they do not fix anything and they are always quitting and hiring new ones who never stay. the management is horrible and do not care about their residents. could be a lot better :/
August 14, 2015Well these apartments are just a big old rip off, but it is home for me and my family. I'm thankful to have a roof over my head just wish the office and maintenance crew here would just care a lot more. When our fridge was broken and/or leaking a gas like smell they didn't bother to do anything but just told me to air it out but what about over the hundred $ worth of food that got ruined because of the fridge you brought before replacing the broken one after a year and half. They act as if since ...we live in these apartments we don't matter, i have a newborn baby girl i can't let her get ill from the lack of care these apartments have whether it's from the fridge, the dirty air vents, leaking sinks, lack of ventilation in the bathroom and kitchen . If i could move I would, but I'm sticking it out for the sake of being able to have a good credit and be able to have a good feeling of accomplishment on my first apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The apartments are close to the highway and close to many restaurants and shopping.
