The location is convenient to the interstate, numerous grocery stores and shopping centers, and a library. Staff is courteous, friendly and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. I truly enjoy living here and have renewed my lease for another year. Since I want to stay here for as long as possible, it would be so beneficial to people like me on a fixed income to have the option of renewing for a longer lease period, like ...maybe 15 months, at a lower rate. December 31, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe longer I live here the more I enjoy it! The complex is peaceful and quiet for the most part and my apartment, although showing some wear and tear from age, is quite comfortable. I’ve grown to love the location because everything I need is 2-5 miles from me so it’s very convenient for someone like me who hates driving. The traffic on Huebner is horrendous but I’ve learned to avoid that area during the busiest times.
