December 31, 2025The longer I live here the more I enjoy it! The complex is peaceful and quiet for the most part and my apartment, although showing some wear and tear from age, is quite comfortable. I’ve grown to love the location because everything I need is 2-5 miles from me so it’s very convenient for someone like me who hates driving. The traffic on Huebner is horrendous but I’ve learned to avoid that area during the busiest times. Management and the maintenance team are incredibly responsive whenever I have ...an issue and I plan to renew my lease when the time comes. Great place!Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025This is actually my second time living here. It’s a quiet community. They keep it clean, and even though its an older property, they keep up with it pretty well. Thats a main reason I came back to live here again. The front office ladies are so nice and helpful and maintenance knows what they are doing.Property Manager Responded
