Very affordable! I just love Eva and Angelica. Talking to Eva is like talking to a family member. They are so patient and go the extra mile for you when needed. The apartments are very quiet and pretty well kept to say that it is an older property. If there is ever an issue, it gets handle that same day even on weekends.

Great price, huge one bedroom apartment with w/d connections, fireplace and new carpet. Appliances outdated, but work great\clean. Manager is the Best, maintenance guys are awesome and office personnel always friendly. Several residents with dogs and all very nice, Very Pet Friendly!!! HEB/Kroger/Walmart/Target/Office Depot/Petsmart/Loew's/TJ Max/Home Goods/Ross/Chili's/Lupe Tortillas/Buffalo Wild Wings and much more, within 3-5 minutes from apartments. Lake Houston-2 minutes, etc, etc. Great ...
