Very dissapointed
March 16, 2021I lived here for 4 years. I just recently left because ever since S&S has taken over Property Management, the place has turned for the worst. My AC was broke for over 2 months in the summer, gutters and siding hang off the buildings, ome of the buildings even had all of the face brick collapse off the building in a storm. WORST Apartment I have ever lived in.
February 1, 2021The refuse to repair things, you cannot get a hold of anyone in the office. They do not maintain the property. (Snow an ice left for days, bird droppings FILLED garages.) Seriously, the garages have piles of bird droppings. It is disgusting. I cannot wait for my lease to be over so I can leave this nightmare behind me.Review from Apartments.com
Paper thin walls.
April 12, 2020The apartments themselves aren't so bad except the walls are very thin. I expected a top floor would be nice and quite but I was wrong. It doesn't help that I have rude neighbors who knock and bang around in their kitchen so much that out rattles my cabinets for 1 to 2 hrs everyday, stomp like a heard of elephants and the guy snores so loud at night that many times I have to sleep on my sofa. It's horrible... Can't wait until my year is up to move.Review from Apartments.com
Great apartments!
January 28, 2016These apartments are really new looking (some were even just built this year so no one's lived in them yet). It has a Bluetooth speaker system through the whole unit, tons of storage, and they come with a garage. I love the dark finishes and stainless steel appliances. And recycling on-site is a total plus!
