Don't do it!
June 12, 2023Don't rent here. Cockroaches everywhere. Things break down and don't get fixed properly. Mold. Can't open the windows because most of the windows have no screens. You k n o w when your neighbor gets there monthly supply of marijuana because you can smell it in your apartment. The plumbing sucks you better have a plunger on your side at all times in the bathroom. There is no security. They just yes you to death when you need something done. July 17, 2020Pros: -friendly management and maintenance guy - peaceful community - good amt of space for the price - close to amenities -cheaper rent than surrounding apts Cons: - Seasonal Roaches - poorly built apt -cheaply made -constant smoke odor in air -dirty and unkept carpet - dirty apt (air vents, under fridge and stove cleaning) - no built in light fixtures in rooms - can hear outside conversations from front or back rooms - grossly outdated apartment -took months to get carpet in one rm replaced - ...apt was not cleaned before hand just painted overRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 21, 2020These are very old apartments and they are not kept up well. There is constant trash and debris on the grounds to appoint you feel like you're living in a dumpster. There is no installation, the smell of smoking neighbors is constant. Rent goes up every year, but there are no improvements.Review from Apartments.com

June 24, 2019My family and I moved to Spartanburg from out of state, looking to settle in the area. When we first went to visit the manager here at Woodside she was very professional and sweet. You could tell she has a passion for helping complete strangers find a safe and comfortable place to live. We have recommended several families to live at Woodside. The main thing that I know that does not happen a lot when you rent an apartment from most places, is that when something breaks or isn't going right it ...takes forever to fix, if it gets looked at at all. Honestly that is not the case here at Woodside. Two thumbs up for the staff!! Plus great food options are available in the surrounding area. Huge plus when you have kids. Good Overall
April 21, 2018I found Woodside a few months ago and after some talking I moved in. The buildings are a little outdated but the management always listens if you have a problem, their maintenance is fast and to the point, not to mention their low prices which was good for me, since I just graduated college. Overall, Woodside is amazing because it is well located, has low prices, and amazing management.Property Manager Responded

Don't rent here!!!
July 22, 2015My move in day was terrible. There were dead bugs in the cabinets, my garbage disposal didn't work or the dish washer. The down stairs toliet overflowed with sewer from the neighbors on three different occasions. The leasing agent over charged me for rent for a total of 4 months. The only reason it came to light is that I requested a copy of my lease. She then states oh you been over paying for 4 months but you can't get the money until you move out. Oh one more thing my neighbor plays loud music ...at 2:30am. I complained to management nothing was done...so if dead bugs, loud music and dishonest leasing agents are your thing then this is the place for you!!!
