The only thing that was really hard for us was the thermostat dial being lower to the ground (aging father had a hard time seeing it). The AC remote was GREAT and made it so easy for him to adjust. Everything else was great. What made it excellent was the leasing staff. Teresa was wonderful from move in to move out. She was responsive to any questions I had. My sister and I had to make quick decisions for our father and she made this so easy on ...us. They were so accommodating! The maintenance staff was quick to make any repairs/adjustments to anything we needed. Couldn't be more grateful. Thank you!!Read More
