November 9, 2025Its been officially a month since we’ve moved in. I can honestly say that it has been so much better at this apartment then my previous. The community is smaller, so there is less crowding. I always find parking and don’t have to worry about having to park obnoxiously far. The apartment is so cute and bigger than our previous. They have a 24/7 gym, a small car wash station, and a small “club house”. We had the pleasure of working with Safiya. During the whole moving process, she was a great ...help. She answered every question we had and always friendly. When I first applied, I hadn’t even done a tour (weird, i know, but was a really good deal). I called and asked if she can show me around before move in and she did so with a smile. It is safe to say that so far, everything that made us leave our old apartment building, is not an issue here. I am happy that I am able to bring friends and family to my apartment without having to worry about downstairs neighbors banging, not paying for guests to come over, always having parking, a gym with nice machines, and so much more. Safiya, if you are reading this, thank you so much for everything you have done. You’ve made this move so wonderful.Property Manager Responded

Outstanding staffs
October 29, 2025I have resided in many communities, but this is undoubtedly one of the finest. The staff is outstanding, Sofia is highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful in resolving any problems in my apartment. Regarding prices, I believe that the rates for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments should be reconsidered.
