If planning to stay long term wouldn’t recommend
April 24, 2023Lived at this complex for 2 years. In the beginning it was great (besides the fact that there was many many earwigs getting in my apartment) whenever I had an issue it was addressed quickly. For my last year there (2022-2023) that changed drastically. I would have to call & leave voicemails multiple times just to get in contact with someone. Trying to stop in the office at the times listed online we’re a hit or miss because often times there was no one in the office. At some point my building had ...mice, I left a voicemail notifying them and no one got back to me. Not sure if they handled it because I ended up just moving out. For my move out they charged me for many things that were completely false. Good thing I took a video before moving out to show proof of how I left the residence. The dates they provided were also falsified. At some point they turned the hot water off in my apartment & when I finally got ahold of someone they stated it was an accident. Accidents happen, but the time it takes to get in contact with someone is my issue. They raise the rent every year $30-$50. The community itself is nice, the neighborhood is safe just not a fan of management or the cleanliness of the insides of the buildings.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Use to be better
March 15, 2021Complex use to be kept up. Now new management wants to charge for everything even things that they should pay like city inspections. Lease renewal rent goes up 50 dollars and now we have to pay water. Hallways are not cleaned instead the cleaning lady is outside on the porch smoking. Not up to date. Carpets dirty. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Basements leak water into your storage unit. Walls are thin. Can hear my T rex stomping neighbor....DOWNSTAIRS. Woodside Manor
August 14, 2015This complex is conveniently located close to all the Fraser Public Schools; as a matter of fact, I can see the high school from my window. The buildings are small, only 2 floors, and 4 residents per floor. This makes for quiet living space. The greenspace is surrounded by buildings from the complex, which makes that a nice quiet spot, also. The pool is always clean and well kept. Great Place for the price
August 29, 2015Theses apartments are a great value with every utility included besides electricity. Has a nice pool, with lounge chairs on the side. Great courtyards with BBQ pits in the middle for large gatherings and a nice community building for parties and get togethers. The apartments themselves are clean and maintainance is wonderful. The kitchen and bathroom could be remodeled since they look out of date, but for the price of rent I wasn't going to expect much.Review from Apartments.com
