Lived at this complex for 2 years. In the beginning it was great (besides the fact that there was many many earwigs getting in my apartment) whenever I had an issue it was addressed quickly. For my last year there (2022-2023) that changed drastically. I would have to call & leave voicemails multiple times just to get in contact with someone. Trying to stop in the office at the times listed online we’re a hit or miss because often times there was no one in the office. At some point my building had ...
mice, I left a voicemail notifying them and no one got back to me. Not sure if they handled it because I ended up just moving out. For my move out they charged me for many things that were completely false. Good thing I took a video before moving out to show proof of how I left the residence. The dates they provided were also falsified. At some point they turned the hot water off in my apartment & when I finally got ahold of someone they stated it was an accident. Accidents happen, but the time it takes to get in contact with someone is my issue. They raise the rent every year $30-$50. The community itself is nice, the neighborhood is safe just not a fan of management or the cleanliness of the insides of the buildings.
