January 20, 2023New owners came in, and now we all have to move out! the rent is going up! so beware! they have the elementary school wrong on here also! smh. it's Thomas Jefferson elementary, Thomas Jefferson middle School. Valparaiso high school. before a complex out you should know some facts about it. I got a late fee because someone didn't do their job right. And I wasn't the only one that got one. This is first time that this has ever happened to me! we are great tenants. we have been there 7 years. now ...have to find somewhere to live in less then 60 days. thanks for that!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 1, 2017I lived in the townhomes on two different occasions and had no problems living here. The maintenance guy responded to any request I ever had in a timely manor. The parking was horrible. I lived in G3 and would have to park by the dumpsters. Other wise, I loved it here.Review from Apartments.com
Cheapest in Valpo for a reason.
July 30, 2017I've lived at Woodside Terrace for 2 years (2015-2017). I can honestly say that these are the most unfortunate apartments I've lived in. The maintenance is not good, the walls are paper thin, there isn't even enough parking to accommodate all the units. The management & maintenance people are nice. Although through the many repairs it needed, it didn't seem like many of them were done as they should've been. I had black mold in my bathroom walls & all they did was spray the walls with bleach & ...paint over it.
