January 11, 2021I feel safe in this apartment community and every maintenance request weve had since move in has been addressed. The move in experience was not very good, it seemed as though our apartment was forgotten about and hadnt had any cleaning or maintenance done before we moved in. No Amenities for over a year
December 7, 2020Woodview is the biggest hoax you will find when looking for apartments. When you visit they will claim to have the best amenities, but they actually have none. They closed the gym, dog park, and pool area in March of 2020 and decided to do maintenance on these amenities. When I asked if the pool would be done by June, they said yes and it was not. When I called again in June, they said the pool will be opened by August, so at least we would have a couple weeks at the end of summer to enjoy it. ...Once again, in August they still did not open the pool, so we went a whole summer without a pool that our lease promised. Woodview has also have never opened the fitness room since March as well. We are in December now, so the fitness room has been closed for over 10 months out of my year lease. I ended up paying for a gym membership because of this and I was denied when asking Woodview for a reimbursement of my gym membership due to theirs not being opened. I moved to Woodview because of the amenities that they claim to offer and for 10 months out of my year lease, they failed to provide any of these amenities. I had also asked for a rent discount because of the amenities that they failed to provide, and that was denied by Woodview saying the amenities are “extras” and not included in the lease, even though that is what they advertise when signing. They also claim to have a hot tub opened year round that I have never seen water in it for over a year. I was told at the end of July that they would have the hot tub filled by Fall and they lied to me on that as well as we are in December. Needless to say, if you’re looking for amenities, I wouldn’t recommend moving to Woodview to my worst enemy, as Management only cares about renovating rather than their own current residents. Do not move to Woodview for the amenities that they claim to have/will have because it is a lie and you will go through your whole entire lease without having any amenities as all of their current residents have done this past year with no discount for having no amenities.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
