Loved my charming apartment!

I lived in apt. 9 for 5 years and had a wonderful experience! Very reasonable rent (with no increases over 5 years!), and very attentive landlords. I only had a few maintenance issues and they handled them with 24 hours. I've had friends and family rent units as well and we all had great experiences. Highly recommend!

I agree with the last review There is not enough punctuation. The apartments are old and cold but the worst part is the management. We left the apartment in PERFECT conditions and they charged us for absolutely everything (things that they should be on change because they should repair the old materials) so we don’t have deposit check back. Like the other person say, it is NOT worth to deal with them because what they say or think is true and the rest are wrong.
Apartment operated by worthless people.

I couldn't give this place a low enough recommendation. The units are very outdated and the management is trash. It's not worth dealing with them.
