This is the worst experience I've ever had leasing an apartment. I should have known this from the start when I was not able to view my apartment until move-in day. There was not even a model apartment to show. I viewed a virtual tour of a remodeled apartment and of course my apartment was not remodeled.
On move-in day the apartment was not clean. I let the apartment know on my move-in checklist and nothing was done not even a call to apologize.

was a gnat infection from move-in day until time to move out. Apparently the last tenant that stayed above me left in the middle of the night and never came back. That tenant left food to rot in the refrigerator and then gnats/fruit flies developed and spread to my unit. I know this because maintenance shared pictures with me before they left the company. Management failed to take this seriously and so I had to suffer for nearly a year. I contacted the manager of the property and I even reached out to employees of BH Management but none seemed concerned to get this problem under control.
I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
