We lived in a close by apartment for the last two years and it’s a joy to be in the Worthing Place now. Incredible location, very nice facility, staff is great and you can tell that the management cares about making the Worthing place a quality place to live, seriously!

Well maintained, well managed. VG downtown location (except for noisy annoying misplaced Throw Bar across the street which should be evicted and moved to Ft Lauderdale).

So excited to move in! The staff has been lovely and the amenities are incredible, but nothing beats the location in the heart of Del Ray Beach! Some of my favorite restaurants in blocks and a short walk to the beach. All the best in one beautiful apartment.

People know Worthing as the place on the Ave. But it is really so much more. Its a community unto itself. While quite a large building the tenants are friendly and you begin to see the same people and they all say hello. then you go for a walk and you recognize your neighbors. This is really quite special. Add to this an amazing management and security team and it is 5 stars. Friendly responsive staff, quick resolution to maintenance, and a clean space to call home.

Excellent place to live! The customer service is top notch, especially the maintenance staff. Any time I’ve ever had a problem or something needed to be fixed they would come and fix it immediately.
