People know Worthing as the place on the Ave. But it is really so much more. Its a community unto itself. While quite a large building the tenants are friendly and you begin to see the same people and they all say hello. then you go for a walk and you recognize your neighbors. This is really quite special. Add to this an amazing management and security team and it is 5 stars. Friendly responsive staff, quick resolution to maintenance, and a clean space to call home.

Excellent place to live! The customer service is top notch, especially the maintenance staff. Any time I’ve ever had a problem or something needed to be fixed they would come and fix it immediately.
