Terrible, do not rent here
June 14, 2022While you do get a lot of space for what you pay for, this property is managed very poorly. The carpentry is shoddy at best, appliances are cheap and start breaking after a couple of years. The gutters on the side of the building rattle any time it gets windy and it goes on all night interfering with your sleep, and I called at least ten times in three years and they never fixed them despite multiple promises it would get taken care if. Horrible at maintaining and raises rent substantially each year
April 29, 2022Their negligence caused a privacy fence to fall over and could have hurt someone. I called numerous times about the fence (months before it fell). When it finally caved I was blamed for “not calling it in”. There is also a silverfish problem. Also for no reason the landlord will raise your rent over $100, when you’ve been with them for over a year. Great way to say thanks! Don’t stay here. You will regret it like I do. 5 stars is no joke
August 18, 2015I really like living at Wyncroft Hill Apartments. Everything you ever need is either walking distance or just a few minutes drive. I have been living here for about 5 years and I am very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and it is a very safe place to live by yourself or family. Each year if you renew your lease you can choose between 2 upgrades for your apartment, from new and better looking ceiling fans to upgraded kitchen cabinets. Also, when maintenance come to install ...whatever needs to install, they are super fast about it and they are all very nice and helpful. This place also have lots of things for you to do. They have lots of BBQ grills scattered every where in the complex, they literally JUST built a brand NEW play ground for the kids, there's a BIG tennis court, and a pretty decent size room to workout, also in the same building are a bunch of washers and dryers for those that don't have the machines in their apartment (you can even rent a washer and dryer if you don't have your own), and they NOT only have one but TWO swimming pools. Great place
August 13, 2015I love living in Wyncroft Hill Apartments. It is actually a quite place and the neighbors are either quite and keep to themselves or a few of them actually become very good friends. I also love this area because it is near EVERYTHING. All the restaurants you ever want is within 1 minute to 10 minutes away. All the important stores are also close by. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and all the rooms are big and nicely built. If you do need maintenance they respond that day or if its too late ...then the next day. I once had water and pipe issues and I left an emergency message and they had a maintenance on call and he came to fix it at 2am. Excellent community and property
July 27, 2015I have lived at Wyncroft HIll for 2 years now and it has been a great experience. The neighborhood is great and close to an awesome school, the staff is friendly and helpful, the apartments are nice, the pools are well kept, the neighbors are nice and quiet, and maintenance requests are answered and corrected immediately. I don't have a bad thing to say about it and I'm about to sign on for a 3rd year!Review from Apartments.com
