      Great Apartments with Responsive Management

      The apartments are exactly as advertised- clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything worked properly, and we had a great new house smell when we moved in. The walls are fairly insulated as well so there is good privacy. Lots of families and some retirees- everyone is respectful and we've never had any trouble. The pool and gym are nice perks- we used the pool and the grills countless times in summer. Any time any issues came up, management was quick to address them. We did have a neighbor with ...
      dogs that would bark excessively but management helped assist and the issue was solved. Our AC went out in the summer once or twice, but every time it was addressed by maintenance within several hours. Overall the community is super comfortable and relaxed, and always feels safe. We highly recommend to anyone in the Georgetown or Greater Lex area.

      Upstairs neighbors don’t care

      The apartments are beautiful but the upstairs neighbors are not understanding to courtesy of others, they walk hard play their music too loud, and I don’t never get peace and quiet unless they are gone lol

      We lived there for about 1.5 years. Very nice personnel. Very clean and nice territory. Pool and gym are very nice. A dishwasher had broken, they did replace on a brand new one very quickly. All our neighbors were very nice people. So it's a very nice place to live.

      Wyndamere is an amazing place to live! Everyone that works there so helpful and considerate. The maintenance guys are great and make sure everything is fixed to my liking. The neighbors are friendly and there is never any trash/garbage laying around. The ladies in the office make living here feel like home. They are there if you have questions or need help with any problems that might occur. They have been with Wyndamere for years and know just about everything there is to know about apartment ...

      I lived at Wyndamere a few years back and it was an absolutely wonderful place to live. It was a nice, quiet community and I loved being able to use the fitness center at any time. I'm moving back to Georgetown and I wouldn't live anywhere else. The new units are incredible and feel like a luxury apartment! Plus, now there is the added bonus that they are in the new Lemons Mill district. I'm in love with the new grilling area next to the pool that has been added.

      We moved from Ohio not knowing a soul in Georgetown. The ladies at the front, Angie and Whitney, were so kind and helpful. They made our stay feel like we were home! We even met some lifelong friends, some call neighbors. The high ceilings, fireplace, and pool, for the price can not be beat.

      it is an older apt with older carpet & linoleum. the noise from upstairs is unreal. shouldn't be able to hear their alarm,showering,washing machine etc. when a hard rain it comes in under kitchen wall. has swimming pool & small workout rm but no play area for children or dog walk area. my husband has lung disease & needs a newer cleaner atmosphere. we are 67 & 64 yrs of age & would really like place more affordable too as we are on fixed income.

      Wyndemere apartments here in Georgetown are nice. I have the corner 2 bedroom, 2 bath. There are homes nearby on Lemon s Mill, our apt is 10sq bigger. If we need something fixed, we call the office and put in a work order or call maintenance directly. He's usually here the next day unless it's an emergency. They provide washers and dryers for only $35 a month. All our appliances are like new. Was super clean when we moved in. They send our fliers to let us know about pest control or even ...
      neighborhood events. Everyone has either a patio or deck out back. Pool and gym are open at great hours and always clean. Gym is 24 hours and pool is 9am to 10 pm. Parking lots are newly paved, no trash, and designated places for pets. If you need additional services, the front office will call the carpet people and you can get your floors done for $50 and furniture for I believe $60. Only issues is that the rent is over $800, no designated parking spots so you have to park where ever you find a place.
