The Wyndham has the normal problems you'd expect from a 100 year old building (elevator issues, dryer issues), but they are easily outweighed by the benefits. Infested with roaches.
August 6, 2025This building is infested with roaches. It’s an old, worn down building that is in desperate need of MAJOR repairs. The dryers never work, elevator is out half the time, and it has major plumbing issues. Management and maintenance are very quick on requests so it earns another star. This place is not what it seems. Have caution when touring, I wish I did.Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2025One big positive of staying here is that you won't feel alone during your Gym workouts! Since past 4 years, the building security seems to have collaborated with a homeless guy to sleep in the Gym at Night (During winters) and during daytime (hot summers afternoons). One thing though, for a long time some of the washing machines didn't spin the water out of the clothes, so they came out soaking wet I tried to tape notices to the broken washers but usually it was a waste of money. May 29, 2025My time at The Wyndham Apartments has been pretty good so far. My biggest complaint is that the south stairwell almost always smells bad, and is very dirty when compared to the north stairwell. The south stairwell often smells like sewage, waste or other undesirable scents. Many of the residents leave trash in the hallway and stairwell, which is definitely not helping.Property Manager Responded

The noise level is really good and quiet which is exceptional given there's 220 units in this building.
