March 11, 2022Rent going up every year has been very unfortunate, so much so that we will not be renewing our lease for a 3rd year. Also very poor management of parking lot when it rains or snows (Currently an ice rink by the vehicles)Review from Apartments.com
Don't Rent Here...You Will be Sorry!!
May 7, 2020The rent has been raised every single year I have lived here. A considerable amount. It is supposed to be a no pet complex, but they let animals in anyway. There is a very large dog next door that does nothing but bark. And barks at 5:30 a.m. Not a few times, but constantly. All. Day. Long. Management does absolutely nothing, does not even acknowledge my concern. Short of calling the police, I don't know what else to do but move.Property Manager Responded

Loved Living Here
June 19, 2019I searched intensely for a nice apartment in the Green Bay area that was still affordable. Happened to see this one after touring a nearby property owned by the same company. Was so glad I did! You get heat included, a garage, in unit washer and dryer, huge balcony, and walk in closets for such a great price! The apartment is very spacious with lots of storage room. There are many different floor plans, my only complaint is that in my unit, there was no A/C in the bedrooms...luckily summer is the ...shortest season around here. The neighborhood is also so beautiful and relaxing to walk around. There's a walking trail that does a 2.5 mile loop. The extra couple minute drive out of Green Bay is well worth it for this great find! I am very sad to have to move out of the area, would've stayed here as long as I could.Property Manager Responded
