Our AC unit has been underperforming (by a lot) since we started testing it in April. We asked maintenance and management to fix it several times. Temperatures kept climbing, it was 80-90 degrees in our unit and they still did nothing. We would call the office and the manager (who doesn’t work there anymore thank god) would basically gaslight us and say our unit was working fine. guns, documentation, countless tickets and emails. Fast forward from the $200-$300 bills to SEPTEMBER, they FINALLY got someone out here. They then came on a Friday and rendered our AC useless until they can come back next week to fix it. This was due to it being an unexpected 3-4 HOUR JOB when the office had told us for months nothing was wrong. This doesn’t even cover the 18-24 inch cracks in my flooring that it took them 6 months to fix. We’ve lived here 6.5 years and in the beginning it was the best place I’ve ever lived. It took a turn.
