I would give this complex 0 stars if I could. We have only been living here for half a year. We are actively being choked out by a vile mold/mildew smell in the kitchen. Anything with water in our unit is leaking. Bathroom ceiling, bathroom floor, kitchen ceiling, water heater, burst pipe under our sink, shower. We have so much mold and water damage in the unit. We have had maintenance come out so many times it is hard ...
to count, yet nothing is fixed. We recently had water flooding into our kitchen for over 36 hours. We called twice, sent three maintenance requests, and yet nothing happened. It took us going to the office in person to finally have someone come out to fix it (the next day). The water heater is also currently leaking water onto the kitchen floor. We have basically had water on the kitchen floor for over a week now. The handling of this situation has been nothing short of infuriating. There has been 0 communication about all of it. I can only imagine the years of our lives that have been shaved off due to this company's negligence given the mold.
