HORRIBLE, LOUD MAINTENANCE STAFF
October 12, 2021The maintenance staff here plays VERY LOUD BASS ladden music when working in apartments. Does not consider that people live or work at home here. Several complaints have been made to the office regarding this issue with NO solution to the problem. I do not recommend moving here, there is little consideration to the tenants use of the space they pay for.Review from Apartments.com
Starter
August 26, 2015These apartments have been a great starter apartment for me and my young family. They are the cheapest in this area that is dominated by expensive townhomes. The management always tries to help any way they can. Water, sewage and garbage is included in rent which is getting rare now a days. They did just start monitoring parking which has been a pain but it is free. Overall it has been a good year at wyndhaven.Review from Apartments.com
The best you can find
August 25, 2015Wyndhaven apartments are the cheapest and best you can find in this area of Beaverton which is dominated by expensive townhouses. You can tell how hard the management works to keep up with the complex and they are always super accommodating. They have been an amazing starter apartment for my young family.Review from Apartments.com
