Not worth the price!! creeky floors!!
February 2, 2023Had a 6 months lease here and submitted more than 5 repair tickets. There was gas leaking in the apartment, then there was the heater not working in the middle of winter and also the hot water tank broke with no hot water or apartment heating for almost a week. honestly this was the worst experience we had. there is a trash valet service (for a fee of course) which we rarely used and there was no option to opt out, the bags of trash always out in the hallway. they call it a newly renovated ...apartment but its nothing more then new paint and some kitchen renovations. while the sockets are loose and some dont work. They never pick up the phone at the office and they never really get back to you. only thing they have good going on is their service tech is dedicated to getting make sure he gets things working as best as he can.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I'd pass on this one
March 15, 2022It's ok in that generally I feel safe and it's a quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer in unit is nice. Expect to move in with multiple things wrong with the apartment and having to put in multiple maintenance requests for the same problems. Don't move onto the ground floor unless you want to buy professional grade insecticide to keep away daily visitors like I did. Rent increase is written into lease, so will have to leave as it is not worth the money to have to constantly deal with issues in the ...apartment.No guest parking passes, your visitors will have to pay to park because apparently management needs the money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Renter Beware of Lease Agreement and Aging Apartment
January 18, 2022The location is good. The staff is decent. The amenities are standard. But that's about it. Rent's pricey and they keep jacking up the price to the point that the lease now includes statements of "automatic renewal" and "5% increase". While the walls are better than some places, when a neighbor is playing music or has pets, you can hear them. It's also not well insulated against weather so it gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Maintenance is extremely shoddy. I would say you get what you paid for but you will be paying more than you get. They do not do customary diligence and the lease is all about how you are liable. Bad Customer Service, Overpriced, Loud
October 2, 2021Thin walls, loud neighbors, unprofessional staff. Loud highway. Outdated gates that don't work well to keep the neighborhood secure. The leasing office will raise rent as much as they possibly can each year, even during a pandemic. September 28, 2021Not worth the money. Heartless staff, property manager, and company with their lack of regard for anything other than how much more money they can take from you. Loud. The highway is loud, the neighbors are loud. It’s not a peaceful environment. Smell of weed is frequent. Don’t expect compassion with any favors and expect your rent to be raised every year, even in a pandemic. Illegal and untrustworthy!
January 16, 2017Management is not trustworthy! My roommates and I lived here for one year and kept the apartment neat and clean. When we moved out, we scheduled our walk-through with management and they rescheduled it last minute - to a day AFTER we were all moving out! Since we weren't able to be there, they did it without us and kept the security deposit AND charged us hundreds of dollars extra for "damages."
