I had such a great experience with Wynwood at Freedom Road Apartments! From the very beginning of the leasing process through move-in, the management and maintenance teams were beyond helpful, responsive, and professional. They truly made the transition smooth and welcoming. The community itself looks great—the updated pool furniture gives the area a modern, resort-like feel, and you can really tell they’ve put effort into enhancing the property overall. Inside the units, the cosmetic upgrades ...

are beautiful, especially the kitchens and bathrooms, which now feature modern finishes and a fresh, clean design. The curb appeal has also been noticeably improved, giving the whole complex a much more polished and inviting look. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a thoughtfully maintained and well-managed place to live!

As a tenant I have seen a stark decline in courtesy and respect from the office staff since the new management took over. The units are getting a cosmetic upgrade and a huge increase in rent. It is clear that the focus is on updating the units and getting more rent. It also appears as though outdoor areas that have been neglected will not be taken care of till they are rid of the current tenants.

I lived here for 6 years and when the new management took over in December of 24 the humanity left! This company is kicking families out in order to renovate to charge ridiculous priced for the projects of Cranberry township. In order for this complex to be worth the price they would have to tear it down and build a new one! The fake reviews from the office in Charleston are apparent and if you talk to anyone that has real experience with them in the community I'm pretty sure you wouldn't get ...

one compliment. Do yourself a favor and find a nice place with nice people to rent from with your hard earned money because these people have shown all the residents who they are and it was never good. Pure disrespect and trauma brought upon all the residents in the entire complex by Hudson Properties! You've been warned!

We are happy to have been able to move into Cranberry Pointe Townhouses. The layout and design of the homes are lovely. Neutral tones with tons of decorating potential! Since it is winter time there hasn't been much community interaction but I am very much looking forward to getting to know my neighbors and helping to shape our community into one that is enjoyable for all who live here!
