September 5, 2021This was a very clean apartment with responsive management. The storage units on each floor were so accessible and convenient. My only complaint was that we paid extra for covered parking but our car was 3/4 exposed because of where our spot was in the garage. Otherwise, we had a great experience.Review from Apartments.com
Great Place to Live with VERY Responsive Management
September 2, 2021I lived here in a 1b 1b with my girlfriend for the last year and we really liked it. Whenever we had an issue they would have a maintenance worker there on the same day typically, and they were very responsive to emails - especially compared to past places I have lived. If you don't mind taking the commuter rail into Boston it is a perfect spot as well, only about an 8 minute walk. We would have stayed one more year but ended up finding a place all the way in downtown Boston.Review from Apartments.com

September 24, 202047 West Elm Street is nothing short of AMAZING! After renting from South Shore Properties for the 3 years i have had no issues and don't foresee any in the future! No expense, decorum or security measure was spared! There are cameras everywhere!!! If you're looking for a secured, beautiful, modern, spacious apartment...look no further. The apartments are beautifully designed, spacious and luxurious. Having a washer and dryer in every unit is a huge plus and they are efficient and quiet, you don't ...even know they are running, the same for dish washing unit. Ample closet space with recessed lighting, magnetic closet doors and if you need extra storage space, there is storage units within the building. The kitchen is well designed with plenty of cabinets space and stainless steel refrigerator and over the stove microwave. The gated assigned parking is awesome and having an elevator in the building makes moving and bringing in bags easy. Another added bonus feature is Luxor for all your delivery packages, just like Amazon lockers and right on site! NEVER miss a package again!!!
