Great for College Students
December 8, 2025It’s a great convenience for college students that goes/plans to go to Central State University, Wilberforce, or Wright State. Many grocery stores, fast food, and restaurants to pick from and also a good distance of 20 minutes from malls and other retail outlets to choose from. The apartments themselves are calm and steady. Great for a first apartment, however a little pricey and doesn’t come with all utilities.Review from Apartments.com

June 27, 2023I moved in to the apartment in April 2023 and the community is fantastic. The property is well kept, the office staff is fantastic. I'm on the second floor, but little to no noise dring the day and none at night. Great place.Review from Apartments.com
noisy apartment
January 6, 2019They allow smoking inside! Very noisy neighbors. The floor is super thin. Very annoying when people upstairs walk. 1780 STE 6 is not a good place, all I can tell you is that it's a very noisy apartment. You will hear thunderstorm from upstairs every day from 7 pm to 2 am. If you do not care about noise and like the smell of cigarettes, come and stay here.Review from Apartments.com
Worth the search!
July 23, 2015Began apartment hunting and had to find a cheap spot first, new job means better place. Deer Creek was our choice and we could not be happier. Affordable and plenty of space. Wonderful maintenance, always timely. No issues with neighborhood, and great choice for college students to elders. Very close to stores and restaurants, even the city bike trail.
