Expensive, bad management, bad neighborhood

Been living here a year and will not renew. Lots of issues, management is slow to respond to anything. The parking garage doors have been broken off and on for every week for the year I've lived here, like come on, just a daily stressor. The immediate neighborhood is unwalkable, dangerous, very dirty. Lots of nice people in the building and maintenance folks are stellar but doesn't make up for everything else.

What does yard do that is rarely seen in other apartments? The building is mostly concrete so noise is non existent, the only noise you are bound to hear is from the hallway. The lack of sound is really the best thing about this place. What does it do badly? Ask anyone who has lived here longer than a few months and they will tell you that the parking garage is a nightmare. I've been hit 2 times in 1 year in this garage, it is so tight that if you own a large vehicle your life will be hell every ...
