summer. The apartment itself is decent too. It is an older building, so you really need to use a power drill to hang things on the wall because the walls are solid; Don't even bother trying a pushpin, it just will hurt your thumb. The rooms are an open floor plan on the first floor, which is great because I have a small child, and I can easily keep an eye on him from the kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms with ample closet space for my obscene amount of clothing and shoes. The bathroom is a normal apartment size. My favorite part is the fact that the unit has its own private basement, which eliminated the need for a storage unit at public storage. That's where the washer and dryer is, I was able to get a deep freezer for extra food and I even set up a lounge area to just chill out. The neighbors are super friendly too! We love just hanging outside when its warm, and the one guy has a fire pit so even into the fall we are outside enjoying life. I have lived in about 7 different apartments in the past 13 years and this has been my favorite one to date!
