Beware of move out, they will make up charges to syphon money from you

Unfortunately my thoughts on this property has been disappointing. After move out, there are all these unexplained nickel and dime charges added to your ledger to try you charge you and keep your deposit after being a consistent tenant for 15 months. I tried to have good faith and look past other neighbors moving out that had the same complaint, but now I see for myself. Throughout my tenure it was a fairly pleasant experience, but I guess since you leave and are no longer endorsing the business ...

by paying rent there's an attempt to punish you for leaving and attempt to weasel out more money. I've already been charged out of my $500 deposit...half for cleaning that is supposed to be done anyway. Then to be charged $200 for nail holes, and an additonal $75 unexplained is ridiculous. Please be advised to be prepared upon move out.
