We’ve really enjoyed living at Yardly Eden! The community is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the architecture gives the property a unique, modern feel that really stands out. The homes and grounds are well maintained, and it’s been a great place to call home. One thing that has become more of a concern as the community has filled up is parking. It can definitely be challenging at times, and we’d love to see improvements in that area. Other than that, our experience has been very ...

I have nothing but good things to at about Yardley Eden. This has yet been the most enjoyable place I have lived and all of the staff go far and beyond to make sure everything and everyone are taking care of. I couldn’t ask for more this place and the staff meets my every need. My family loves the warm friendly welcome from the staff whenever they come over and they see them. My family didn’t come much to my old place and sit and visit but they do here, they say this feels like home.

Yardly Eden has been awesome so far. Brand-new home so I'm the first person living in it. Private backyards with artificial turf so you don't have to worry about lawn crews waking you up or letting your dog out. A DOGGY DOOR that is extremely helpful for my lab when I need to leave. I'm looking forward to the pickleball court and pool getting completed this April! Overall, 10/10 on pricing for a brand-new home.

The private turf backyards with doggy door that go into the home are amazing. There’s nothing like being the first person to live in a home at a great rate! I’m planning on staying here as long as possible.

Hardly Eden is such a beautiful property! My apartment home is well made with high quality materials. The floor plan is perfect... and the fenced in yard with doggie door is a dog-parent's dream. The staff at Yardly Eden is amazing.... professional, proactive, courteous, and approachable. I worked with Judy and was blown away by her level of service and support. I would highly recommend Yardly Eden!
