March 23, 2026I have never been more grateful or excited to live somewhere! Yardly Elm has so much to offer, but some of the most important aspects for me are: the friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable office staff who have always been present when I had a question or concern, the general sense of security (gated community), a neat and clean appearance including very nicely maintained landscaping, the roomy comfort of the units, and the fact that I have my very own yard for my dog to enjoy plus two ...beautiful dog parks! All of the amenities and special touches included in my unit were big selling points, as well, such as a full washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances (microwave, fridge, stove), digital access (less keys to misplace!), and a Ring doorbell. Even something seemingly as small as having outgoing mailboxes and a 24/7 fitness center have made a huge impact for me! March 23, 2026A nice quiet safe community with friendly neighbors, my neighbors and my family agree that we like it here but compared to the cost of renting a 3 bed/ 2 bath house you may be better off if you need the space.
