I’m 82, an had my daughter do all the on line paperwork, so for me it the earliest move in ever, I ready enjoy living here as I’m only have a golf cart to drive, as I’m from Alaska, an to drive here in Arizona is a no.
I can go to all over this tiny little town in my cart and with my little dog Dixie.
And I have Uber for other faraway places.

Yardly has been an excellent living experience for me. While the well maintained grounds, layout of the apartment, top of the line amenities and convenience to local golf courses and shopping continue to be a huge factor, it is the office and maintenance staff that make the community was it is.

Excellent amenities including a well stocked gym. The washer and dryer in the apartment is HUGE advantage over other rentals
