  • I am very happy with my apartment

    I love the location and the staff have all been great. Yes, the buildings are old, but any time I have needed any maintenance or repairs, I have gotten timely replies & service. I also appreciate that I can have pets here, and they are very respectful of my pets when anyone has needed to access my apartment. I have lived here for several years now and am grateful that I chose Yarmouth Green.

    From the very beginning, I was impressed with Vanessa and her team in working to lease an apartment with the Yarmouth Pointe group. At first, we looked at the 2 bed / 750 sqft apartment, but it was way too small for two roommates and a dog. We requested to move to the larger townhouse 2 bed/1200 Sqft, and they made it happen without hesitation! Now that we are moved in, I am impressed with the renovations and maintenance of the apartment. All the appliances look brand new, the rugs are freshly ...
    cleaned, I can't even tell if there were Tenants here before us. The only complaint is that our stairs are very creaky, but for the location, convenience, and price with amenities included, it's fantastic. As a young adult, I would recommend a rental with this community, especially if you have/want pets!

  • Not Worth It

    I was a tenant for about 2 years and couldn’t be happier to be out of there! The rent is outrageous and only increases each time you extend your lease. Maintenance requests left unresolved - including safety concerns such as dead branches hanging out over the parking lot ready to fall at any moment. Not to mention maintenance workers entering my apartment without prior notice (no phone call or email). Decaying staircases with mismatched railings create an eyesore to come home to. The paint job ...

  • I would never rent from this place ever again

    Would not rent there again, yuck! I was a tenant at Yarmouth green for 2 years. Below are a few things I experienced during my time there- -bandaid wrappers and hair (that wasn’t mine) painted into walls and surfaces -they entered my apartment without 24 hour notice or a call..yikes (could you imagine coming home to garbage on the ground, screens out of the window and a chance of them letting your pet get out without any notice!?) -rent went up each year (after it was already at a ridiculous ...
    price from the start) -ignored maintenance requests -dog dropping bins overflowing regularly -garbage in trees, on ground -did not follow snow plowing per the lease multiple times -major security deposit issues -they try to pass cleaning costs / general wear and tear costs onto the renter -they tried to buy positive reviews via email - “leave a positive review to be entered to win a $50 gas card” -argumentative staff -discouraged from recycling For what you pay per month to live here, I think all of these items are completely unacceptable and nobody should have to deal with them. I’m very happy my time living there finally came to an end. I would never, ever rent from them ever again. 0 stars!

  • Yarmouth Properties: Pointe and Greene

    One of the things that attracted my husband and I to look at Yarmouth Pointe/Green properties was the ability to have pets. They are very friendly pet community. Their office team is responsive and friendly and their maintenance team is attentive and quick. The times I have reported an issue it has been dealt with in a timely manner. The upkeep of the properites, grass mowing, snow removal and leaves, is great. The communal garden at the Pointe property is a nice ammenity. Unfortunately thought ...

  • Yarmouth Greens

    I have been living in Yarmouth Greens for 9 months and have been very happy here. The leasing office personnel are very friendly and should there be an issue with the townhouse, it is taken care of within 24 hours or less. It is a dog friendly complex and have many walking trails to venture. The only downside is hearing the traffic on 295 (more in the summer than winter). When I moved in, the townhouse was very clean - new paint on the walls, new carpet, and updated counters.
