Apart from the fact that the front desk ladies are disrespectful, rude and unprofessional, the apartments themselves are a mess. There’s mold, rats, roaches, they don’t uphold to their lease terms and the quality is not worth the price. Just don’t waste your money or your time. I had high hopes for this place and I gave them the benefit of the doubt but with the gun shots, the trash everywhere and the disorganization, I hope no one else has to live there.

The manager of this apartment is a jerk. My grandfather is a elder man just turned 70 to be exact with heart problems. November rent was paid with receipts to show it. January 11th comes and I checked the mailbox for him. Boom, he has an eviction notice for November’s rent which was paid in November and had about 10 hours to remove his stuff from the apartment. The apartment Manager was rude, she was not willing to go back and look over her mistakes. She was not willing to follow the CDC, ...
Previously someone applied my rent onto someone else’s account which was another issue by itself. If I’m being honest with you, I think that’s where November’s rent is....on someone else’s account because we sure have receipts. I just would not recommend. Neighborhood full of dog poop, gun shots at night, loose dogs that just run the apartment complex free. Enter at your own risk & keep up with your rent that you pay because she will apply it to someone else’s account and will refuse to update it!

DO NOT MOVE HERE they are a RAT infested community. The maintenance is very lazy and they do half jobs. The office staff don’t do the job that they was hired to do . I’ve been living here for 3 months and it was the BIGGEST mistake of my life. I have had to call MULTIPLE times of the same issues and they still didn’t come out until the health inspector was called. They don’t clean up around trash cans like suppose to. They will cut the phones before closing and they’re VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

This place is horrible!! There is so much illegal activity going on over here it's not even funny. Me and my husband along with a number of other residents had our apartment broken into by other residents!! And the apartment management did absolutely NOTHING! Our apartment got damage from a water leak and it took them 4 days to even respond! The pool is dirty, the apartment walls are paper thin, you can literally hear the neighbors turn over in their bed. I’ve been here for 4 months now and have had no major complaints. The units are older so the creams and groans of the construction are kinda scary but other than that, it’s perfect. My only issue is Katie in the office, she ALWAYS seems to have an attitude or is having a bad day, my mom said she called to get a quote on an apartment and Katie was really off putting. First off these apartments are bed bug infested and they won’t do anything about it. I have called 3 times about a leak in my hallway bathroom upstairs that that has leaked down to my living room and went to the office and spoke with the office manager Terry about the leak and no one has yet to come address the problem. My air filter also has not been changed for a year and I reported that as well. It’s now almost 3 weeks later and still nothing has been fixed or changed. My apartment smells like ...

Don't expect appliances within the apartment to be fixed in a timely manner. You would expect for things to be fixed in a week, but can take up to 1 or 2 months (including air conditioner/heater). There's definitely a lack of communication with the maintenance staff and front office. I've also noticed a couple of the previous reviews being positive, but you should be able to tell that they are paid positive reviews.
