Power out for 24 hours

Proceed with caution. I live in the G building and our power in the common areas along with hot water has been out for 24+ hours. Not that big of an issue, except management is taking ZERO responsibility and when confronted with the fact that they didn’t pay the Met-Ed bill (which I verified with a Met-Ed technician last night in the parking lot of the complex) I was basically told that’s not true and kick rocks. The customer service women hung up the phone twice. She was absolutely rude. But ...

not surprising as the go through staff all the time. Most of the workers are unhappy and leave once they find better jobs. I asked for the owners contact info as he was the next level up in management. She refused to give it and said he was currently out of the country… how convenient. These people don’t care about the people that live here and pay their rents. Even those of us that pay on time every month for the last 3 years. Completely unprofessional. Pay the extra money to live somewhere else other than this place. The only good thing about this place is the school district it’s in.

unexpected charges

They are making us pay for water,gas,heat,and for the garage. It was all unexpected. Didn’t mention it till the lease was signed.

Won't pay for pest expenses/Cracks and holes everywhere in this apt before I move in here. Bugs where here before I moved in here!

I was told by property manager I can't get a refund of $38.00 for spraying pest product on their carpet to keep whatever bug from biting us at night. Property Owner knew about pest problem on January 22,2020! She suppose to have apt spray by a professional next week but it never happen at all. I finally move in the apt on Feb 13,2020! I wake up with little marks on my wrist not thinking it was pest in the brand new carpet. Next day I get bite again and my child did too. It's the weekend when the ...

property office is closed but they knew about the bugs before I move in anyway. I went to walmart and buy multiple sprays to kill fleas, bedbugs, roaches, spiders and ants. I spray twice in the apt! Finally with my hard work I stop the bugs from biting me and my child in my master room but I still have a pest problem in the kitchen. Maintence didn't come until after I did the hard work of spraying the crack and corners of their apt twice which cost me $38.00. The property refuse to pay me a refund of $38.00 on controlling the pest in their property before maintence came in after my casework called them about it. From Jan 22,2020 to Feb 19,2020 they didn't spray no pest control in the apt. I had no choice but was force to buy pest products to protect me and my child from being bitten by whatever insect it was at that time. That's not right towards any new tenant that have to deal with this problem on a daily basis. The Owner is responsible for pest control period. Me or my daughter should not got bitten if the apt was truly pest free of different type of bugs that carry disease that can be fatal to a adult and little child. If you decide to move to yorkshire realty apt make sure you hire a springberrytownship inspector/ pest expert to inspect the apartment first before you give them any money or rent from them. Be Safe than Sorry!

Terrible. Things brake right and left. Nothing gets fixed. The employees do not care! If they do fix, it's never done correctly and always at a very inconvenient time. Do not rent!!!!

I live here and I had to get rid of my dog because people said it looked like a pit bull and it clearly wasn’t. And then I always step in dog poop from other dogs and keeps happing. Plus my son got bit bye a little dog here and nothing done about it.
