February 4, 2023They will screw you out of your "refundable" deposit for the apartment. I didn't even official submit my application and they told me they refused to send me my deposit back. I was very understanding about the application fee but I did want my refundable holding fee back. We never even had the application processed and they still kept my money. Yorkshire, The Place You Always Thought You Wanted
September 26, 2015I grew up in Howell, and I remember having friends moving in and out of these apartments. I remember the smell of the hallways and which doors I had to take to get to my friends. Now that I've moved in, I've begun to see the minimalist work-style of this complex. The maintenance team repaired holes in the walls using mud but failed to sand prior to painting, resulting in visible screw/nail/pushpin holes everywhere. The paint in the bathroom surrounding the shower and shower door is peeling and ...warping severely which was clearly an issue prior to moving in that they simply ignored. Cracks can be found in the paint and walls frequently along corners and edges. The underside to the kitchen "bar" was not painted or covered in any way, they left the fake plywood material visible. The kitchen is in wonderful condition though the fridge could due to be a bit bigger. Everything was in proper working condition, a majority of the notable imperfections were simply cosmetic issues. All in all the apartment is sturdy and well built, noise is rarely an issue, and the office employees are wonderful!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The Best 1st Place
September 11, 2015I've lived in Howell my entire life, and throughout the years I've known a lot of people that have lived in Yorkshire Apartments right across the street from the middle school and freshman campus, and only a short walk from the high school. Their apartments are very cozy, very well put together, and the neighbors are more than friendly. This is my first apartment, and my GF and myself are loving every second of it. August 21, 2015These are quiet, affordable apartments on the edge of an adorable small Michigan town. It's very peaceful here and the neighbors keep mostly to themselves.
