Yorkshire isn't a bad place to live, but good luck if you live in a townhouse and want to park in front of your building. There used to be no problems, but this group of new tenants have decided to flaunt all rules and park 2-3 vehicles in a small lot not meant for them. Everything has gradually deteriorated, but because housing is a premium, management does not care about the needs of residents who have lived here awhile. They are chasing dollars from these new residents who don't give a rat's ...

I'm a residential neighbor of this community and have been at the site numerous times. Manager Ben, Sandy and all administrative and maintenance staff keep everything running smoothly. As a result, it seems that every resident seems very content to live at Yorkshire Woods. They and those running the property all seem to take great pride in keeping things that way. Take a walk through the property, meet the staff--it'll immediately become clear just how much they truly care. Over time, you'd see ...

that the upkeep is incredibly thoughtful, too. (For instance, it seems like every time one turns around there's repaving and/or property repair going on, yet not once has it seemed loud or obnoxious when those things are being done there. They go about everything they do in such an unassuming, thorough and courteous manner.) Although as I've said I'm not one of their residents, Ben and staff have even helped me and others in the community from time to time when they could. They and the residents make great neighbors! I can honestly say that you aren't likely to find a staff more receptive and helpful to the needs of the residents, the community and each other. Whether you're seeking a place or just passing through, I think that you'll be as impressed as I continually am. Trust me on this: finding great attitudes like these folks have isn't easy! Can you tell I'm thankful to have such fine neighbors? Yes I am!

Ben, Sandy, and Vickie were all very easy to work with upon moving in. Sandy was able to accommodate our desired move in date and we have has no issues at Yorkshire Woods. The property is also very quiet if you consider the amount of people living here. The parking lot and surrounding landscaping is always clean and taken care of. It is clear that the owners take pride in how they present their property. Loving it here so far.

Absolutely Love Living here. Pet friendly community. Ben is very thorough and informative. All office personnel are friendly and helpful. Very respectful. We combined 2 homes into one and Ben worked with us on utilizing the second garage rental to store items before our actual move in date. So helpful. My dog loves living here and visiting the office personnel for treats and to play with Ben (dog lover and owner). My boyfriend has lived here for 4 years prior to moving into a 2 bedroom. Never had ...

any issues. Prompt and courteous maintenance workers. Maintenance is always timely and friendly. Parking can be tight but every home receives a garage. Yards are well maintained. Many activities to choose from. Nice walks and also includes swimming and a workout room with multiple choice of equipment to work with. We cannot brag enough about Yorkshire Woods apartments. 5 Stars!!!

My husband was transferred to Ohio two years ago and we were not looking forward to our temporary move from Maine. We were pleasantly surprised when we visited Yorkshire Woods Apartments. The two floors made it possible to have a public and a private area. The fireplace, laundry room, and dog friendly environment helped us make our decision to rent here. Our two pugs loved taking walks on the sidewalks and getting special treats from the maintenance man. The grounds at Yorkshire Woods are ...

beautifully maintained with lots of plants and much to our surprise... wildlife. On our first visit a hawk perched itself right on a tree near the office ...this clinched the deal for us! Mind you Yorkshire Woods is just minutes from a shopping mall which is so different from living in Maine where a trip to the mall is an all day event. Everyone in the office and the maintenance crew were both friendly and helpful.

I have lived at Yorkshire Woods now for 8 years and have enjoyed my time here. It's been so peaceful and quiet and I enjoy sitting outside, listening to the sounds in the woods, watching the deer, etc. The staff from the management office to the maintenance crew have been very nice, prompt and go above what's needed. And even though it's so quiet, it's nice being so close to the Chapel Hill Mall area, shopping venues, restaurants, and access to R8. Love calling this my home!

Yorkshire Woods has been an incredibly pleasant experience! After graduating college and starting my career I was desperate to have place of my own that was nothing like my college apartment! I expected way better quality and amenities but I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg. Yorkshire is perfect! I live in a 2bed/2ba unit with a deck and it is so spacious! friends who live in other apartments pay similar prices (or more) for much less in regards to quality and space. Plus, the grounds are beautiful! And the property manager Ben is so easy to get ahold of and an all around great guy!

Loved My Time At Yorkshire Woods

I recently moved from Yorkshire Woods after renting for a year. I highly recommend these apartments. They are well maintained. The staff is friendly and knows your name. On the few occasions that I had to call for maintenance they were at my apartment in less than 24 hours. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The pool is clean and carefully maintained as well. The rent is reasonable. I had a beautiful view of the woods to enjoy wildlife especially the deer.

When I moved to Ohio from other state in June 2014, I wasn't very sure about to choose the apartment.I went to see couple of apartments (names are not needed here) in Cuyahoga Falls, was literally shocked and scared at one place.
