We recently moved out and although we had a few issues, it was an all in all good experience. The positives are location, pool, staff, and the units are pretty renovated. Price increases were part of our issue but that happens everywhere. We decided to move to be closer to family but for the most part, we would recommend living here to others. Especially if you have children.

I enjoy living here.

This is a great place because we have good people working here. Our Manager, Sam, is terrific at her job. She is easy to discuss problems with and has them corrected quickly. We also have good maintenance here and is like our Manager, friendly and has a great personality. Great people make a great place to live.

Have lived here for 3 years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. We love how quiet it is and the home feel. The pool is a great amenity and the kids love it during the summer. The management and maintenance are always on top of it. We couldn’t be happier. Not to mention that it is close by to all of the stores and parks and also the school for the little. They renovated the townhouses flooring/painting recent & are charging prices as if there’s a laundry hookup & dishwasher in them. The property was bought by a few different people in the last couple of years & they’re trying to make their money back by charging a lot and giving the minimal. Water is an extra $40 + renter insurance. These are basic townhomes at best compared to others in the area. Management is hard to get ahold of & never there. Be prepared to put in multiple maintenance ...
requests. & The 24 hr maintenance line doesn’t work. Don’t bother doing laundry on-site, it’s always breaking down. The two garbage bins for the whole complex are overflowing often.
