We moved out recently
October 29, 2024We recently moved out and although we had a few issues, it was an all in all good experience. The positives are location, pool, staff, and the units are pretty renovated. Price increases were part of our issue but that happens everywhere. We decided to move to be closer to family but for the most part, we would recommend living here to others. October 23, 2024Have lived here for 3 years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. We love how quiet it is and the home feel. The pool is a great amenity and the kids love it during the summer. The management and maintenance are always on top of it. We couldn’t be happier. Not to mention that it is close by to all of the stores and parks and also the school for the little. With the housing market being so tough right now, this is such a great alternative and really gives a home feel. 10 out of 10 would ...recommend this place. Not worth it
December 17, 2023They renovated the townhouses flooring/painting recent & are charging prices as if there’s a laundry hookup & dishwasher in them. The property was bought by a few different people in the last couple of years & they’re trying to make their money back by charging a lot and giving the minimal. Water is an extra $40 + renter insurance. These are basic townhomes at best compared to others in the area. Management is hard to get ahold of & never there. Be prepared to put in multiple maintenance ...requests. & The 24 hr maintenance line doesn’t work. Don’t bother doing laundry on-site, it’s always breaking down.
